We currently ship our physical Chemistry books across India.

International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

2. Order Processing Time

Once payment is successfully completed, orders are processed within:

1–3 business days

Orders are not processed on:

Sundays
Public/National holidays

You will receive an order confirmation message after purchase.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier availability.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–10 business days
Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

These are approximate estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

We may also offer free shipping during special promotions or campaigns.

5. Courier and Logistics Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

NS Rao’s Chemistry is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailable at delivery

the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Defective Books

If a book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Order ID
Photo/video proof of damage

We will arrange a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
